1. PAYPLUS Payroll Processing Module

LainiSoft PayPLUS is a Payroll Processing System developed by Laini Technologies. It is a Windows based system which uses graphical features such as icons for ease of use.

The system uses a Visual Basic front end for the screens and a database that can be either Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL depending on the client’s requirements.

1. Company details, company address, registration details
2. Allows user definable employee categories: departments, grades, cost centers etc.
3. Permits the user to input the employee details in the main employee details screen.
4. Terminated employees - date of leaving, reasons for leaving (dismissal, resignation, termination, retirement)
5. Recruitment database
6. User definable medical schemes
7. Employee reports based on education history age, designation gender
8. Branch and departmental transfer reports
9. Employer training reports
10. Pension details showing employer and employee contributions.

3. Time Management Module

This module handles shifts and clocking details for the employees. The clocking hardware that the organisation uses is up to the organisation's choic e and all we do is customise the module to interface seamlessly with the clock
