SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
This is by either of the following agreements;
- Annual maintenance and support agreement contracts- This is inclusive of site visitation, telephone and email support. The charges vary according to the module(s) to be supported.
- Charging based on a pre-determined daily rate.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
For our systems and software to work efficiently, we require your machine to have the following specifications:-
Windows Operating System: Windows 95/98/XP An IBM compatible Pentium-based machine with at least 32MB of RAM Windows version 95(or later versions) A hard disk or server with at least 50MB of free space Windows Server NT/2000/2003 An IBM-compatible Pentium-based machine with at least 64MB of RAM Windows NT version 3.5 (or later version), Windows 2000, 2003 A hard disk or server with at least 50MB of free space Each user of the system will require a connected printer should they need a printed copy of any reports. Alternatively, a centralised network printer would also be sufficient in providing the reports.
